SHE TEMPLE is a sacred space to come together to:

  • Re-centre and practice self compassion, with silence.
  • Nourish your senses and soul.
  • Find a way to connect with other women in an equal way.

The SHE TEMPLE circle is more than talk therapy; it is a body-centred practice and includes a lot of movement, silence, and sacred touch.
Each Circle runs for 3 hours and is followed by a relaxed tea together. Temple Mamas are Carissa Rodgers and Rosemary Williams.
